Our big news for this summer is the addition of three new yachts to the fleet. These are a new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 409 and two Sun Odyssey 33i yachts. These join the new 409 and 439 we added to the fleet last spring, not forgetting the addition of three other yachts last year; a Beneteau Oceanis 43, an Elan Impression 434 and a Bavaria 50 Cruiser. The three new yachts were sailed from Antibes to Poros and you can read about and watch videos of their trip on our website. |

Georgia and James have joined Greek Sails as a new flotilla lead crew. They are an experienced sailing couple from the UK; James is a Yachtmaster & qualified engineer and Georgia is both first aid qualified and has many years’ experience in catering and customer service. Between them they are sure to ensure your flotilla holiday goes smoothly. Our other flotilla news is that we now offer a two week flotilla route that cruises the eastern Peloponnese. This gives more time to visit some wonderful locations like Monemvassia and Yerakas? Never visited these places? Well you can see and learn more about them through our location photograph albums.

You only need to glance at the news to see all kinds of uninviting news about Greece; so what’s life really like at the moment? Well, it might surprise you to learn that ‘real life’ carries on much as normal. The press show dramatic pictures, but if you’re not in the very centre of Athens when something is happening, you could be excused for wondering; What crisis? So life, especially in Poros and the islands, carries on as normal, although visitor numbers seem down, although thankfully, not for Greek Sails. So come on and visit us and find out for yourself what life is really like in Greece; and remember, you can’t believe everything you read in the press...we are not the only ones to say the view given by the media isn’t entirely accurate...
