We're pleased to announce new yachts for the 2016 season:
Following our usual practice, the 349 models were delivered by road earlier this month to Antibes in the Côte d'Azur, southern France where a Greek Sails team fitted the boats out before sailing them home to Poros. In a few weeks' time we go back to do it all over again, this time to collect the new 389 yachts. |

We were pleased to be awarded a 'Certificate of Excellence' for 2015 by Trip Advisor based on the reviews we received last year. To those of you who have sailed with us and been so kind as to leave us a review, thank you. As a small family business your reviews and such awards are very important to us and we always strive to provide you the best holiday we can. If you are ever unhappy about anything we will always do our upmost to resolve any issue and unlike large companies, you are always dealing with us directly. |

We run a fully RYA-accredited sailing school in Poros and so you can complete both practical courses on the water and theory courses in our quayside classroom. We recommend anyone planning to obtain their Day Skipper 'ticket' should complete the Day Skipper theory course, either with us or elsewhere. You can find out details of the courses we offer on our Learn to Sail page. |

Not entirely new news as we did move into our 'new' offices last year, but having had offices in various places near and not so near our quayside, we have now secured a location just adjacent to our quayside making it easier for you to find us. The new offices are certainly easier for us and reduce the amount of shuttling around the town we need to do with boat's papers and other documentation. |

With so much in the news about the migrant crisis in Turkey and Greece, we're sometimes asked whether it's affecting Poros and our sailing area. Although we feel for all involved in this tragedy, the good news for you wishing to enjoy a peaceful family holiday is that the distressing scenes you see reported are 180 nm to the east of us in the Dodecanese and Eastern Sporades. You may be relieved to hear Poros, our sailing area and even your transfer via Piraeus harbour are all completely unaffected by the tragedy playing-out near the Turkish coast. |
